Amber's path began with two parallel passions: writing and design. From songs, poetry, and scripts in elementary school to designing her first logo for a family member's business at nine years old, those two skills have been at the center of everything she has built. She holds a Bachelor of Arts & Technology from the University of Texas at Dallas, earned Summa Cum Laude, and honed her craft in the corporate world before founding her own agency providing Marketing and Media Production services to 40+ clients annually across technology, healthcare, logistics, and industrial services, driving results including 400%+ revenue growth for clients through strategic brand identity and marketing systems alone.
At POWERX, Amber built the marketing function from the ground up. In under two years, she architected a unified brand platform across five brands, established the company's digital presence, grew LinkedIn followers by 963%, and earned 2x industry recognition at NETA PowerTest since the formal brand launch, all while developing the systems and team infrastructure to carry POWERX through its next chapter of national growth.
Outside of work, Amber is a musician who plays piano and guitar, a lifelong writer of music and poetry, and a traveler who loves exploring the world with her daughter. She has a deep passion for neuroscience and esoteric studies and approaches everything, work and life alike, with the same curiosity and creative energy she brings to every brand she builds.
Throughout his career, Shawn has worn many hats…developer, architect, project manager, and IT Director…giving him a rare end-to-end perspective on how technology is built, deployed, and sustained. He has led and delivered complex development initiatives from the ground up, bringing both technical depth and strategic clarity to every effort. His dual degrees in Programming and Network Administration reflect the dual nature of his expertise: equally at home writing code as he is designing the infrastructure that runs it.
At POWERX, Shawn oversees the full scope of IT operations, from systems integrations and cybersecurity to infrastructure and support, with a focus on building resilient, scalable environments that empower teams to do their best work.
Outside of the office, Shawn loves to travel and has a simple philosophy: the best way to understand a place is to eat your way through it. Whether he's tracking down a hole-in-the-wall taqueria in Mexico or savoring street food in Europe, food is his compass — every dish a story of culture, history, and the people who made it. For Shawn, travel without eating is just sightseeing.
